1 Place the egg noodles, stock, onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms into the pressure cooker; secure the lid.

2 When pressure is achieved, set a timer for 8 minutes.

3 When cook time is complete and pressure is fully released, remove the lid with caution.

4 Stir in the half-and-half, cream of celery soup, tune, cheeses, kosher salt, and pepper.

5 Top with the crushed potato chips and serve.

Beef and Rice with Broccoli

2 pounds round steak, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

2 cups beef stock

¼ teaspoon kosher salt

¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

2 cups coarsely chopped broccoli florets
